2. Purpose

Trafikazo is a software platform for analysing and working on a business's visibility on Google (Google Maps rankings, review analysis, traffic generation and prospecting). Accessing the website and using the platform give you the status of user and imply acceptance of this legal notice.

3. Terms of use

The user undertakes to make lawful use of the platform, in accordance with the law, good faith and this notice, and not to use it for purposes contrary to third-party policies (including Google's). The owner may suspend access in the event of misuse.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The software, the brand, the texts, the design and the rest of the contents of the website and the platform belong to the Controller or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. No exploitation rights are granted beyond what is strictly necessary to use the contracted service.

5. Liability

Trafikazo is a tool for analysing and working on visibility. It does not guarantee specific positions or ranking results, which depend on external factors outside the platform (Google's, among others). The owner is not liable for the use the user makes of the information, nor for the decisions the user takes on the basis of it.

The website may contain links to third-party pages. The owner is not responsible for their contents or their policies.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction under the applicable law.
