Guarantee and refunds

Last updated: July 2026. We want it crystal clear what we guarantee, what we don't, and when we give your money back.

1. Results guarantee (with conditions)

If you do your part and, at the end of the minimum period (3 months), not a single one of your keywords has improved, we refund your money. Simple as that. The system moves your rankings; if it moves none of them when everything was set up properly, we're not charging you for it.

2. To qualify for the guarantee

During the period, you need to have done the only thing that has to be done for the tool to work:

• Add your Google listing (paste the Google Maps URL).
• Complete the business setup (keywords generated and campaign active).
• Have visit / token balance loaded — no traffic, nothing gets sent.
• Have a valid traffic source (your own proxies, the managed pool, or the shared traffic app).
• Have contributed Google accounts to the pool (or bought them) — without accounts, the traffic isn't logged in and it doesn't perform the same.
• Have kept the service active for the minimum period — local SEO results take 2-3 months; you can't judge it in two weeks.

3. When there is NO refund

• If you didn't complete the steps above: the system couldn't work because it wasn't set up, not because of anything on our side.
• If at least one keyword improved: that means the tool did its job.

4. In any case

• We always fix duplicate charges or billing mistakes.
• You can cancel your renewal whenever you want; the service stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• We don't guarantee specific rankings or "being in the Top 3": that depends on Google and on factors outside the platform. What we guarantee is that the system works your keywords, not an exact position.

5. All verifiable in your dashboard

There's nothing subjective about it: you can see for yourself in your dashboard (geogrid and ranking evolution) whether any of your keywords went up. Refund eligibility is checked against your own data.

6. How to request it

Write to us at hola@trafikazo.com within 15 days of the end of the minimum period. We'll review your account and, if you meet the conditions, we'll refund the amount for that period.
